Klaver Flowers is growing - in area and in what we deliver. That is why we are looking for a team leader who understands the process, motivates people and monitors the daily overview. From harvest to shipment: you make sure it's right.
What will you do?
You will manage the daily operations in one of our three production departments. In this role, you will work closely with the plant manager and be responsible for:
- Managing and supervising 10-15 employees
- Breaking in new and temporary employees
- Planning and execution of daily operations
- Coordination of harvesting, bunching, packing and storage
- Shipping of flowers towards auction or direct customers
- Quality control and ensuring uniform product presentation

You combine overview with commitment.
- MBO working and thinking level, direction horticulture is an advantage
- Relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment
- Leadership skills and a hands-on work ethic
- Flexible, communicatively strong and solution-oriented
